Started watching Dr. Berg's youTube video during summer of 2018. I jumped on Keto lifestyle on September 16,2018. I was at 149 lbs. Being a vegetarian, my diet included lots of grains and dairy. I lost 19 lbs by Dec 25th with healthy keto which included lots of vegetables, eggs and Chickpeas. I am also following 18-6 intermittent fasting 7 days a week. I am eating 2 meals a day. These is all with no or very minimal exercise.
