Started OMAD January 1, 2018. Was 290 lbs and I am 6'1" and 57. I eat at 12:00 noon and I have never felt tired in the afternoon. I find that sleeping through what I feel is that the body wants its second meal and no food in the stomach. I sleep very well. When I wake up I know I have a short time until my next meal and that does my mind good. As of today, I have lost 45 lbs and working towards my correct weight. BTW I work in a high stress job. I do have pictures but will have to find them. Thank you for your videos.
