Started intermediate fasting this summer after no being able to get rid of a lot of extra fat. I gave up sugar and started yoga. I basically lost one pound per week and lots of inches. I don’t have cravings or feel hungry until noon which is when I have a expresso with almond milk. I don’t eat meat or animal products. I watched your videos and suspected something was going on with Fat Storing Hormone. So happy I’m finally loosing the fat. I feel stronger I do boho beautiful yoga, walk my dog each day and eat minimum of 4 cups raw veggie salads for dinner then a protein. Now that winter is here I have been eating winter veggies such as acorn squash and turnups. Thanks for the help.
