So I started Keto on March 13,2018. My wife and I cleaned the kitchen got rid of all the sugar and starches, she is doing this with me. After the first couple of months I found myself losing considerable weight and also being satiated for longer periods of time. That’s when I heard about intermittent fasting and thought I would give it a try! Well after about a month I went OMAD. GREATEST thing ever!! Well so far I have lost just over a hundred pounds! From 314# to 212# as of August 13,2018 well today! I’m almost to my goal and looking forward to learning how to maintain
