Rest for tendons / muscles not the best

Story

By: CRAIG DAVIS

I am 61, and I have been exercising by weight training most of my adult life. I have had numerous injuries that I believe were tendons (some muscular). My repair regime has always been to start to very lightly exercise the body part with very lightweight and very high repetitions. For example, I have had a few shoulder injuries where I could barely raise my arm, but through repeated exercise, I have fixed the problem and eventually able to lift normal heavy weights. This method of repairing my injuries, for me, has been 100% effective. Thanks for your posts. Craig Davis
