On 7/13/2017 went for company physical. I weighed 332. I was diagnosed with diabetes. I also had a whole host of nagging physical issues. That day I absolutely went cold turkey on carbs. I stumbled on Dr. Bergs videos. I practice intermittent fasting.( 2 meals). I drink apple cider (2 Tbsp +Cayenne) morning & night. I also have Cinnamon (1tsp) in warm water. Turmeric (1 tsp + black pepper). In warm water. Today I weighed in at 273 lbs. I walk 5 days a week. Usually 3-5 miles a day. I plan on going until I'm 230.
