OMAD generally between 4 and 8:00/8:30 what with prep and eating... And yet, I figure I eat too fast as I burp while eating... Yeah. That's a long time. But I just cannot rush more or I get dramatically bloated and I still burp after done. BTW, I have no weight to loose (being at 5' and 98/101lbs) but stubborn fat in lower part of body due to life on sugar, pasta and desk work (68 yrs now.) And, all the wonderful situations like adrenals, hormones, Fat Storing Hormone resistance, just to shortcut the list.... Tks for asking.
