Hi Dr. Berg, I'm from India and this is my success story! I came across your channel on Youtube a while back. I'm a big believer in Intermittent Fasting (IF) and it has literally done wonders to my mind and body. I initially started with a 16:8 fast and later on extended my fast to a 20:4 fast. Presently, I do a 24 hour fast (One Meal A Day) and it perfectly fits into my daily routine. I perform eight training 5 days a week and I've never felt stronger and muscular.
