My last blood labs: My triglycerides fell 30 points, using coconut & avocado oils. However, my HDL lowered, and my LDL went up. WHAT? I've been working on a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting. My A1c fell by 1 point (6.6 - 5.6). I use both of these oil a lot. btw: I'm over 70 and type 2 diabetic.
