My blood test show that I'm healthier but I still have not lost weight and I feel really fatigued at the end of the day. I've been on Keto for a year and before that an anti fungal diet. I am doing IF also but I do put coconut cream in my tea at night. I'm getting 7-8 hours of sleep. When I was on the anti fungal diet for years I lost weight and was at 130. Then I hit menopause and struggled with a low thyroid. My weight then went up to 141 and it will not budge even on IF. I have belly fat, more hips and thighs than I like and my clothes fit to tight which is not comfortable. HELP! I want so much to have a weight loss success story now that I am healthy!
