Happy transformation Tuesday. My secret to success? Not giving up on myself. Fell of plan? Meh, get back on plan on the next meal. Having trouble keeping your carbs low? Slowly wean yourself off the carbs, that's is the #1 thing that helped me... and last: dont forget to take your electrolytes, very important for this way of eating.
