Lost 12 Kg in 6 Weeks

Hi EricBerg. I lost 12 kilograms in 6 weeks following Intermittent Fasting. First meal at 14.00 then a meal @18.00 and the last one @20.00 around 1800 calories a day. Weight loss from 84 kilos to 72 kilos following a full triceps rupture in August almost fifty years of age no hormones or other drugs. Sorry about quality of photo but agree with the benefits of I.F. especially as one ages this method would probably not work as well with younger people wanting to grow a lot of muscle mass. As regarding adapting to no food for twenty hours it only took about ten days to feel no hunger and a sense of well being. Bye the way great channel al the best from England.
