Less fruit, better skin

Story

I've always eaten lots of fruit on a daily basis. A wide variety actually. And I also have severe atopic dermatitis. I followed Dr. Berg's advice and I reduced my fruit intake to the minimum. It was hard, especially when substracting bananas, mangos, pineapples and grapes from the equation. But it got easier as I saw the changes on my skin, mostly my arms and hands. It still looks damaged, but eczema has disappeared in about 85%. Fructouse was really killing not just my skin but my self-esteem. I also substituted the fruit with more green veggies and other kind of fruit like avocados and tomatoes. A win win win I'd say.
