My success began about a year ago when I decided - that's the hardest piece, but also the most rewarding experience! Deciding to change the way I saw myself and the food that I consume! Deciding that I was done using blood pressure and cholesterol lowering medication! Done with using food as a means of coping with the stress of my personal and professional life! I found Dr Berg's YouTube page late last year and this could be the place where my 'diet' went into high gear! I discovered that I was eating way to many times. I also discovered the power of exercise and how to 'blast' into fat burning mode during times of IF! Last year at this time I was hovering over 275 lbs and I'm pleased to report, not only did I break through my 220 lbs plateau, I am currently at 215 lbs! I exercise daily, on odd days I focus on upper and lower body weight exercises and then the other days I focus on Cardio by walking up an average of 50 floors!
