Hello Doctor. First, I want to say thank you for all your videos. I have seizures and I had all sorts of anxiety, fear of the future, and all that emotional crap. I started following keto and I noticed considerable change in my mood, thoughts. Initially, I am under the impression, humans are all about thoughts and emotions. But as you rightly pointed out, we are just made of set of chemicals and hormones, and altering that going to make a change in thoughts too. You are 100% right. After starting the intermittent fasting and some 50% Intermittent keto (We eat lots of rice in South India), I started feeling much better and my seizure episodes decreased and my mood is much better.
