Life before keto:

The hardest part about losing weight was keeping momentum after reaching my ideal weight.

The best part of losing weight is going shopping for new pants and shirts.
What would you have done differently if you could do it all over again?
I would start earlier and enjoy the benefits of not being fat-storing hormone-resistant.
What encouraged you to not give up?
Watching Dr. Berg’s videos encouraged me to continue going. Also, the other success stories on Dr. Berg’s website have given me strong motivation.

I would tell them to go ahead and learn about Dr. Berg’s Healthy Keto lifestyle, then start their journey without any delay. I wish I had started my journey ten years earlier.
