I have shed 19 pounds in 8 months on keto + intermittent fast. I don’t do them very accurately. Just cut out all bread and pasta and starch. For the fat, I do eggs, fish, and avocados. I do eat an apple a day though for digestion because I was getting too constipated. I've had an inflammatory bowel condition so can’t do greens either. For intermittent fasting, instead of having snacks between the meals, I have a healthy version of energy drink with 0 sugar infused with vitamin B and other vitamins. That way my brain is fooled into thinking I just eat smth and I get energy.
