I started my Keto journey in May 2016. At that time, my PCOS symptoms were out of control and my blood glucose levels were close to diabetic range. In addition, my cholesterol was high, as well as my blood pressure. Since being on a ketogenic diet and practicing intermittent fasting... my PCOS symptoms are gone, I've lost 80 pounds, my cholesterol and blood pressure are both normal. I totally credit my good health to living a sugar free and grain free lifestyle.
