I've been doing Keto/IF/OMAD for a few months. I just do some light exercise such as walking for an hour a few times a week. Keto is a real game changer! I've tried just having smoothies and salads but after awhile I would just get so hungry and have sugar cravings. I would go off my diet then put on all the weight I just lost. Keto has helped me stick to a proper WOE and keep to my goals. I have lost 5 kgs which makes a difference on a 160cm frame! Still hoping to lose another 5 kgs to hit 55kgs which was my weight when I was in my early 20s! At 39yrs old my dream is finally achievable!
