I have been listening to all the videos posted by Dr. Berg, and thinking that one day I'm gonna do it, I'm just not ready.

Last Tuesday (October 12) I made my decision, enough is enough. - No sugar. - No rice. - No bread. To an Arab, it's just impossible, we eat bread and rice daily, not to forget my tea addiction (which comes with 3 teaspoons per mug and at least 3 mugs a day!!!). I'm a Muslim, Islamic version of fasting is exactly what people call (intermittent fasting), so let's do it. Besides the above 3 points, I'm going to dry fast from sunrise till sunset, that is practically eating two meals, one at 6:00 pm, the other is about 2:00 am, and nothing in between. I was 106.6 kg last Tuesday, today, Friday, October 22, my weight is 101.3, which is 5 kg in 10 days. I'm not gonna stop until I reach 70 kg.
