Intermittent fasting has been amazing for fat loss for me. I have lost ~15 kg over ~6 months with some muscle loss as well. Would be really awesome if you can do a video on how to gain muscle on Intermittent fasting i.e. how much protein, when to take it etc. Especially since I only get time to exercise early morning, and I have to keep my eating window later in the night to get good sleep and a healthy social life. Your videos have been extremely informative and helpful, not just on Intermittent fasting, but on so many topics e.g. detailed explanation of cholesterol, it's importance etc. Please continue with all the good work.
