In January I was weighing more than I'v ever weighed 120.5 KG's and I (totally unwittingly) embarked on a fairly high fat, almost zero carb eating program that involved a breakfast of eggs, bacon etc at about 11.30 and then nothing until dinner at about 6 with a high energy cardio and weights workout at the gym at about 4 pm. I've now lost 21 kg's in 6 months and am ecstatic. I was telling friends about this and they said "You're doing Dr Berg's intermittent fasting." So I googled it and voila so I am. Now I'm going to do more research and follow it more closely and pass on the secret to others (especially all the people commenting on my new slimmer look! The second photo was 2 months ago and I"ve lost a further 5 kilos since then!
