In 9.5 months I have lost 100 lbs by doing Keto and Keto alone. I have not gone to the gym and have strictly stuck to the 20 NET Carbs a day or less. I wanted to prove that you do not need to work out or exercise to lose weight. I wanted people to know that you can lose weight by simply eating Keto. No supplements were used during my weight loss and although it is not recommended to cheat we are all human and life happens. I have always felt if you fall off the wagon just get right back on. Just push forward to the next day and know that you are doing this to change not just how you look, but how you feel.
