Shannon Shares Amazing Results - Dr. Berg's Healthy Keto

I was tipping the scales at 200lbs. I began my journey on my own changed my eating habits. First i stopped eating read meat and as much bread as possible. I introduced more fresh druits and veggies. As well as began going to the gym. I lost 30lbs doing that then I plateaued at 170lbs. So I decided to try the keto life. I started keto mid october of 2018 and am now sitting at 150. My journey is not over. I love the way keto makes me feel and the wonderful way i get to eat!! Plus i still go to the gym. I am currently considering doing a body competition.
