I was fasting more or less, for the last 3 years without knowing. Every day go to sleep 6 am till 13:00, eat light around 15:00. Have Jiu-jitsu between 6 and 7, eat again around 20;00. I drink a lot of water tho
Should i try fasting with only water until training, and eat once a day?
