I was 90kgs+ 5 months ago and wanted to lose weight. I read and watched about the keto diet and IF. I did follow all of Dr.bergs videos about keto and IF. My everyday meals consist of salad (lettuce), meat (beef, chicken, pork, lamb, it varies everyday), pecan nuts, Swiss cheese, kimchi or sauerkraut, strawberries. I only drink black coffee and water during IF. I work 6 days per week as sales in retail, no time for the gym. My current weight is 60-61 kgs. I Am more confident now with what i’ve Achieved, I still get the occasional haters keto and IF is just a fad, however I did manage to lose weight. Thank you so much Dr. Eric you did help me heaps with what I’ve accomplished. More power to you!
