I was 370 lbs. In two months, I have dropped 40 and am 330 lb. as of today. I still have a long way to go but what an easy remedy to get there. I eat whole foods, low carb, removed sugar from my food group, and also limit myself on salt. I have MS and am in a wheelchair and I can't tell you how much 40lbs lost has made a difference in my body. I also added daily chair exercises to improve my mobility.
