I’ve lost 50 lbs. in 3 months. This is simple following a lot of the Keto meals available on YouTube. Taking at least one power walk a day maybe 2 when I can. I’ve eliminated all junk food, pastas, breads, and juices. I eat 2 meals per day lunch and Dinner, also fast from 6:30pm until the next day, I eat my breakfast/lunch around 12/1. Everything was going great with the exception that was blood tested at Dr.s Ac1 went from 6.7 to 7.4 also cholesterol 148 to 228. Both my atorvastatin was doubled in dose and Metformim dose was doubled????. I have a lot of Medical issues, which makes all of this difficult ( HIV, Hepatitis B, Type 2 Diabetic, Fatty Liver, Cirrhosis of liver) I’m not complaining, as a matter of fact I’m feeling great that I have been able to accomplish this much! At 60 yrs old. It’s the only thing that has worked. I’m just confused as to where to from here??? Both my Doctors not high FANS of Keto Diet. Not much belief in it, as helpful, but are both surprised and happy with the weight lost. But I say success!!!!!!!
