I used to be obese and I lost it all, but really unhealthily. I would workout everyday sometimes twice a day and eat around 800 calories. Then I gained all the weight back after 2 years of keeping it off because of college stress eating and stuff. I started keto 6 months ago. I’ve lost around 12 pounds, went down like 4 sizes and gained so much muscle just working out 5/7 days a week only 50 mins a day and eating healthy meals. I think you can see the difference:)
