I used to bartend late nights and drank heavy amounts of liquor every night. I didn’t eat healthy at all and would constantly kill myself at the gym to keep the weight down. I changed my lifestyle for a year. Changed my diet, started fasting, gave up alcohol completely, and saw amazing results without even picking up weights. I walked (and sometimes ran) with my dog and the weight literally fell off. This year I have chosen to get back into lifting weights, combined with fasting and a healthy diet to reach even better results.
