I struggled loosing weight since I was 16 I am now 28. For the last 11 years I've tried so many diets throughout the years, most of them were very low fat and low protein; vegetarian, vegan, low fat, shake diets, general counting calories and would only loose 5 kilos on those diets for the whole year and slowly gain it back. Being Vegetarian and Vegan I started fainting because I would restrict my calories to 600 a day. I have pcos and endometriosis and since starting keto I have my periods back, I feel less bloated, I feel more hormonally balanced, I have a lot more brain power and feel on top of the world. I started Keto in September 2018 with a purchased meal plan and in November I stumbled upon you on YouTube which taught me healthy keto and thanks to your knowledge you have shared I have been doing healthy Keto and fasting usually for 20 or 22 hours a day since January 2019. The longest I've fasted for is 36 hours and done that a few times now by accident really due to not having a appetite. I have lost a total of 26 kilos (57 lbs) and only have 9 more kilos (20lbs) to go.
