I started keto Jan. 13/18 lost 22 kbs first couple of weeks, within two weeks of starting inhad tons of energy,breathing way better,i thought i had bad asthma, horrible heart burn,gerd, heart palpitations, bad muscle spasms and cramps all GONE! I then went to extremely slow loss ever since. I moved naturally to Omad for minths, then IF 36-48 hrs then feasting a day, back to fast ... i have done all kinds of changes in macros trying to find the sweet spot! Lol come to the conclusion i am just old and badly damaged. I forgot to say i started at 235 and now at 177. Sorry this seems scattered info, i keep thinking of th8ngs you would want to know,lol Thanks so much for your dedication and info shared with all of us. Leanne
