I started Keto in August of 2018 at 256lbs Type 2 Diabetic. A1C always under 6.8
Taking Fat Storing Hormone every day. I had a belly like a truck tire. Waist pant size was 42 now 38.
I am now down to 205. I am taking very little Fat Storing Hormone. It has taken me 8 Months to lose around 50lbs I started watching your videos that helped me continue on my journey. my A1C now is about 5.4
