I started intermittent fasting (IF) eating between 12-6 in Aug2018, did many variations in food I eat. Evening I used to end my food with a mix of ACV,cinnamon,ginger garlic paste,turmeric, brahmi and honey. I lost about 15 kgs in 10 months. Then for last 2 months I did OMAD eating at 12 noon. ACV, Ashwagandha and Turmeric before lunch. I did a 3 day water fast in jul19, lost further 3 kgs since starting OMAD. In aug19 started water fast again but ended it due to severe Diarrhea n medical emergency on day 6. Lost further 2 kgs during this last fast. Attached foods I included as I don’t have my pics
