I started doing Keto and Intermittent Fasting in January this year. I’ve lost 53 pounds so far. Before I started on keto I was working out and eating what I thought was good, or healthy. I had no success that whole year. A close friend of mine started sending me links to keto and intermittent fasting. I did some research and started on this journey for health and fitness. I even started my own fitness page to try and help others do the same.
