I'm working on it, two weeks in - (1) 2- 40hr fasts /week (Monday and Wednesday) , (2) 18/6 IF or 23hr OMAD the other days - started @ 233lbs, now at 226 (some is water weight lost but lovin' it just the same. Slowly adding some exercise with treadmill/dumbbells at home. Previously lost 40lb 3 yrs. ago doing a protein shake and OMAD with 30min of swimming 5 days/wk - This worked well, the weight has stayed off. It's time for a new setpoint for my body/metabolism - shooting for < 200lbs this time then ultimately down to 180lbs,or less.
