I'm now down 18 lbs after 1 month

After many years of abusing my body and not liking what I saw in the mirror, I knew I had to make a major change in my diet. I went straight from a very poor diet to 32-hour water fasting. My original goal was 4 days water fasting, but only made it to 32 hours after two tries. It was rough, but I was able to build up my discipline enough to do Intermittent fasting easily after that. I Lost 10 lbs in 8 days. I'm now down 18 lbs after 1 month and I do Intermittent fasting about 2-3 days a week. But I'm sure my diet also plays an important role, as I stopped eating sweets and now have a 90% vegan diet. My cholesterol also dropped from 259 to 170 in one month! I intend to continue this for another 4 months with the inspiration to get to 15% body fat and be in the best shape of my life.
