I’m not new to working out and eating healthy. But over the years and injuries from working out I mean if I would’ve known then what I know now I would’ve did things differently I’ve struggled with being happy with myself and my body I heard about ketos diet My personal trainer friend but couldn’t grasp it. Then I made decision in January which I did not want to call New Year’s resolution that I would commit to really working on getting myself a healthy weight so I started with low-carb I just couldn’t grasp the idea of eating fat that mean it was so unnatural to me and not what we’ve been taught as far as carbs if you are body so I did low-carb and I did really low carb I was borderline would you call Quito’s I ate apples and probably eat more vegetables more car with the vegetables then a keto diet would like but then in June I decided I’m going to go ahead and give it a try and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. Besides the reward of losing weight is the energy I have is wanting to work towards a goal and to know that was some of the limitations I have there is things out there I can do to get my body in shape as far as working out the foods that you can eat them talking about the healthy foods because I’m about rated probably venture out being a keto vegetarian but I guess the thing that really surprises me is how quick the weight came off how much energy I had and how I stay full were I’m not hungry a lot of times in a into meant it IF has proven to be a wonderful healer for my body.
