I'm just starting the fast. I'm eating at lunch then dinner. Vegetables and some meat. Small portions Everytime. No sugar in anything I eat. No fruits. I watched your video on going to the bathroom a lot at night. Success there. I'm a truck driver so I don't have time to go to the bathroom and still make delivery on time. I will let you know how I progress with the fasting. Thank you very much for your videos. They have woke me up and I looking to be successful at being healthy and losing weight. I weigh 275 and I'm 52 years old my goal weight is 190 to 180.
