I'm a 45 years old man, I have been trying to lose weight for over 10 years without success, I have been exercising and dieting as long as I remember, but I was never able to lose belly and fatback, I have tried a low-fat diet, low carb diet, Atkinson diet, nothing, but one time I discovered intermittent fasting thanks to Dr. Berg videos, so I decided to give it a go, I started with an 8 hours fasting, within 2 weeks I started feeling great, I lost some weight, feeling more energetic, more fit, and had more stamina, so I decided to go for 20 hours fasting, and then it was amazing, I lost 15 kg within 8 months and gained muscle, I felt healthy, stronger, healthier, I looked great and felt great, and the best part fasting helped me with my depression, I didn't have any bad episode in a whole year, thanks Dr Berg for your advises and videos, you have changed my life.
