I'm 32 years old. I've always had an issue with weight gain. On January 26, 2018 I weighed in at 265 lbs. I worked out 2 times a day, 1 hr on elliptical and 1 hr on stair master. On a typical day, I would wake up at 9 am, and workout from 9:30 until 10:30 (elliptical). After, I would only drink water and/or black coffee. I wouldn't consume my first meal until 1 pm. I would workout again from 6:00-7:00pm (stair master). I would consume my 2nd/last meal around 8:00pm. I would go to sleep around midnight and repeat the process in the morning. I continued this process for 3 1/2 to 4 months. At the time I had no idea I was doing what was considered to be intermittent fasting. My meals consisted of 80% veggies and %20 protein. I simply ate more vegetables than anything and drank lots of water. No pre-workouts, no protein shakes. I did however take Garcinia Cambogia during the process as well. I ultimately lost 70 lbs in around 4 months while doing this. Getting all the way down to 195 lbs. I attribute my weight loss to caloric deficit, consistently working out, and the eating schedule I set for myself.
