I started the Keto plan on Jan 2, 2017. As of July 2, 2017, I am down 56 lbs. I went from 249 lbs to 193, and I'm still going. I've lost 9 inches off my waist. Down from a women's size 18 to a size 10.
I continue to follow Dr. Berg on YouTube and the site. I also refer everyone to his training.
As for my eating: I went to Intermittent fast at the beginning of May. That was the change I needed. With Dr. Berg's training, I realized I had slower metabolism. I do one meal a day with around 1200-1600 calories based on a quick food diary. I DO NOT count calories, instead, allowing my body wisdom to guide me on how much I should eat and the variety. I have a kale/spinach smoothie with my meals and stick to getting in my veggies with moderate protein and fat.
I feel so much better. My cycles are less severe, the tingling in my hands and feet is gone, brain fog is history (I've written 5 more romance novels since we spoke), and my overall appearance and health has drastically improved.
I have people asking me all the time what my secret is.
