I Lost 25 Pounds

Both my husband and I lost about 25 pounds of fat and gained substantial muscle mass through a ketogenic lifestyle and your wife, Karen's wonderful recipes. It has been a 12-month journey, but like you, we would never go back to eating high-carb, processed sugar-laden junk food. We have no cravings thanks to your kitchen videos because my husband is a foodie. Your cauliflower pizza crust and healthy buns along with the guilt-free desserts you showed, saved him. Thanks again to both of you. John just turned 52 and I am 46. It's just a number but we have never felt and looked better.
