It's my 2-month Ketoversary!!! I lost 18 pounds, 21.5 inches overall and my brain fog is gone!!! Day 1: Height 5'8" Weight 209 pounds Total inches 290. I was crying all the time, could barely do household chores because my joints hurt so bad and had back spasms!! Day 58: Height same Weight 191 pounds Total inches 268.5 I have so much energy, I work out now and play with my kids!! No more aching joints or spasms!!
