I lost 13kgs in less than 2 years, had previously failed to lose weight, I tried bike riding, going to the gym, and dieting but it was hard for me to keep up and I was always frustrated so a fellow physician advised me to cut sugar and junk food out of my diet (I couldn't live without at least a pizza every day) and I also started drinking the magic drink is I call it, it's a mixture of blended cucumber, mint leaves, ginger and peeled lemon, I started seeing the changes in 2 months, my appetite had reduced, my endurance had increased, my blood pressure had dropped and I wasn't sweaty and smelly like before lol. The before is 2017 and the after is 2020
