I have seen almost all your recent blogs and i have started intermittent fasting. It took me a lot of attempts to eliminate bread and crackers. I eat two meals but had a few days when I had snacks. But for some reasons, it becomes easier to follow your suggestions. I have had hypothyrodism for my adult life and I am trying to loose 25 pounds with 35 minutes of elliptical exercise. Question: in the morning I have two or three cups of coffee with no sugar and no breakfast. At 7. 0 clock. Am I breaking my fast? What should i do to loose weight faster? A cake with coconut flour and no sugar should not be eaten? Thank you for your help. MHF
