i have been overweight since 2011, i have started my diet last year march 24 2017, and for 3 months i have lost 15kls, doing egg and banana for breakfast, salad for lunch, and meat for dinner. i have continued to lose another 5kls in a span of 6 months and stuck in 62kls from 82kls, now im trying to do intermittent fasting to lose belly fat in which im having a very hard time doing.
