I had started to experience inflammation from UC and started a new eating plan to fight inflammation. Inadvertently I had lost 36 pounds starting from January 2017- to now October 2017. This is from Intermittent fasting and the Mono Diet. I have cut out completely from my meals white sugar and foods made with white sugar along with processed foods that are made with chemicals, preservatives and transfats. This includes no fast foods at all. My UC symptoms have improved and I now look to eat foods for Gut health.
