Alok Bohara Shares Amazing Results - Dr. Berg's Healthy Keto

Story

By: Alok Bohara

I had been T2 diabetic for the last 15 years, and my a1c hovered around 7.5, 8, and even 9. I followed SAD dietary plan with very no sugar, whole grains, brown rice, healthy cereals, oat meals etc.; the only thing that kept “improving” was my metformin doses— from 500, 750, 1500, and to 2000. I decided to take charge of my situation a year ago and started doing a lot of research on Keto, LCHF etc. I began following LCHF dietary plan, and began adopting new lifestyle changes: walking, strength training, meditation. I removed all processed food from my plan. My a1c came down to 5.8 from 8.4 in four months. Currently, over the last four months or so, the a1c numbers are slightly up around 6.2, 6.3. But my triglyceride and other lipid markers have been one of the best ever. One area of concern is my morning fasting glucose level, which is usually high between 120 and 130. Any tips will be much appreciated to reduce my morning glucose level.
