I don't have a before and after picture but I do have a success story. I had been sitting alot while doing some extensive training and started to gain weight. I realize now that the sitting wasn't the problem as much as the snacking I was doing to keep my energy up. I found out about Dr Berg's Keto and IF videos and started watching them. I tried the Keto diet for about a week and had suddenly lost 6 lbs. I was working out also and stopped losing weight but have gained alot of muscle and my clothes fit properly again. My biggest concern was pre-diabetes. My father and aunt have Type II Diabetes. I craved sugar alot and was concerned. I was addicted. Now after doing the keto diet and not snacking between meals, I don't get tired after I eat, I eat really simply and make incredibly delicious meals. I love fat! I am going on to the next gradient of only 2 meals per day. This is day 2 and I really like it. I am off the Fat Storing Hormone roller coaster! This makes my life so much easier. I am very happy to feed my body my own fat for breakfast! I also make the chocolate peanut butter cheesecake fat bombs. These are so much better than ice cream! I am the ovary body type, but just since age 52. Before I was skinny. I have only been doing the keto diet and IF for less than 3 weeks. Less than 2 weeks into it I felt physically calm and relaxed. I realized I had been stressing myself out physically by triggering Fat Storing Hormone all day long. My body has sighed a great sigh of relief that I quit snacking and triggering Fat Storing Hormone. My attention is off my body. I work out per the ovary body type and it works so well.
